We can express our sincere gratitude for their arrival by saying hi and communicating to each and everyone how glad we are to see them. If we remain gracious by doing whatever it takes to make sure each and every person knows they matter and are an important part of our family, our actions will express our value tangibly and speak as powerfully as our words.

Entryway Greeters: Vinelife’s first point of contact positioned at driveway and sidewalk entrances to greet guests with signs and friendly gestures of welcome.

Welcome Center Assistants: Always ready and eager to greet any guest at one of three welcome station booths located at each lobby entrance, offer help, answer any questions, pass out visitor thank you gifts and connection materials, and connect new guests with a campus guide. 

Campus Guides: Provide tours and escort new guests to key areas of the campus.

Roaming Greeters: Secret agents on assignment to find new guests, warmly engage them in conversation, and introducing them to other family members.

Connection Team: Key members of the team committed to follow-up with visitors by reaching out and inviting them to coffee, dinner, or some other engagement to get to know them and help welcome them into the family.
